General Hospital with 380 beds, Gynaecology and Children’s hospital and Diagnosis Block were offered as the first stage in the Health Campus with 1500 beds that was planned by staging. Oncology Hospital with 205 beds and Cardiovascular Hospital with 205 beds and Education Blocks were offered as the 2nd Stage. Polyclinics were planned in the basement and first floors of all Patient Bed towers; each of the clinics were positioned so as to get sunlight. The department such as Radiology, Nuclear Medicine in diagnosis block was analyzed in the same floor with Polyclinic in terms of external patient circulation. Personnel, patient, and visitor separation were considered in transportation to the building; external patient, internal patient, visitor and personnel flows were separated in unit zoning via horizontal and vertical circulation in the building; circulation conflicts have been avoided as well. Vertical and horizontal circulation components were planned in different zones as Patient, Visitor, Personnel, and Service. Parking garage-3,500 cars capacity on 125,000 m2 area was offered as separate blocks. The connection of parking garage was ensured with Hospital blocks from different floors.
