KADiRLİ BELEDİYE BİNASI - Yarışma

Indoors and outdoors designed for public-social and cultural activities were offered as different elevations that visually interconnected. The linear backbone projection secluded social-cultural recreation from public outdoor; it is an urban window opens to Sülemiş Hill via the gap described. Municipal Council has been emphasized by becoming dissimilar as architectural language and material.
