The 1,038-bed Elazığ Integrated Health Campus comprises three buildings: the Main Hospital, the Oral and Dental Health Center (ADSM), and the Technical Service Building (TSB). The campus is located on a 262,000 m² site. The Main Hospital is organized around a central diagnostic block and three patient ward towers, each extending into three wings. It accommodates three specialized hospitals: the General Hospital, Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and Psychiatry Hospital.

Polyclinics are located at the main entrance level and on the floor above, while a separate entrance is provided for the Women’s and Children’s Hospital. The Emergency Department is separated from the main hospital traffic and connected to the diagnostic and treatment departments through dedicated horizontal and vertical circulation systems.

Access and circulation are organized to clearly separate patients, visitors, and staff. Outpatient, inpatient, visitor, staff, and service flows are differentiated through horizontal and vertical circulation systems and programmatic zoning, minimizing circulation conflicts throughout the hospital.

The façade design distinguishes the patient ward towers from the lower-level mass through variations in material and color, reinforcing the building’s overall architectural composition.

The concept design was developed by HWP, while the final design and construction documentation were completed by Selda Gümüşdoğrayan Architecture.
