The 350-bed hospital is planned to be developed in stages and comprises three main blocks: the Polyclinic Block, Patient Ward Block, and Diagnostic and Treatment Block. These blocks are connected by steel bridges, establishing clear and efficient links between the different hospital functions.

The Patient Ward Block is positioned above the Polyclinic and Diagnostic and Treatment blocks and separated from the lower mass by a dedicated mechanical floor. This functional organization is expressed architecturally through the relationship between solid and void, while variations in façade materials further emphasize the distinction between the different building volumes.

The Emergency Department is located on the ground floor of the Diagnostic and Treatment Block, with pedestrian and vehicular access clearly separated. Outpatient, inpatient, visitor, staff, and service flows are differentiated through horizontal and vertical circulation systems and programmatic zoning, minimizing circulation conflicts throughout the hospital.

The main hospital entrance is organized around a generous gallery space, enhancing spatial openness and creating a clear and welcoming point of arrival.
