Vega Houses which are located through north-west direction, consists of 34 houses. The most important design criteria for the building group consisting of 34 houses are view and privacy. Each house designed as a transparent prisms that has seascape vista. By reason of inclined topography, entry to houses is provided in-between levels. In the settlement of the land, it is aimed that the building groups will orient to the landscape in a way that does not obstruct each other’s viewpoints. Living space is integrated with a gallery that lightened by skylight. In the building groups designed as duo and trio blocks, its own private courtyard was created by withdrawing each independent section, and privacy was also provided. Every house is positioned to obtain maximum day light and vista. The building established simplicity as an architecture expression.
