Located in Ataşehir, Istanbul, the private hospital is conceived as a mixed-use complex that brings healthcare and hospitality functions together within a single architectural composition. The program incorporates a 100-bed inpatient facility, diagnostic and treatment units, outpatient clinics, medical imaging facilities, operating rooms and parking, together with a 100-bed hotel, lobby and restaurant functions.

The vertical distribution of these functions plays a defining role in the massing of the building. Parking, operating rooms, imaging, diagnostic and treatment facilities occupy the lower levels, while the inpatient and hotel programs rise above as two distinct volumes. Their differentiation is further expressed through contrasting façade treatments, allowing the individual functions to remain legible within the overall composition. The building form also responds to the geometry of its site between Vedat Günyol Avenue and the Istanbul Ring Road.
