İstanbul Çatalca State Hospital is designed as two separate blocks planned to be constructed in different phases. The blocks are connected by pedestrian bridges, allowing the complex to function as an integrated healthcare facility while maintaining flexibility throughout the construction process.

Patient and visitor entrances are organized around a central courtyard, which forms the primary spatial focal point of the project. The courtyard establishes a clear point of arrival while providing a shared open space between the two building blocks.

The Emergency Department is positioned on the northern side of the complex and separated from the main hospital circulation, providing independent access and minimizing conflicts with patient and visitor movement.
