The ground floor area is 17.000 m2, which is planned as a 400-bed Niğde Education and Research Hospital additional building and a 35-unit Oral and Dental Health Building. It consists of 3 basements, ground and 7 floors as an additional building, and ADSM (Oral and Dental Health Center) consists of 2 basements, ground and 2 floors and has a total of 142,500 m2 closed area. There are 880 parking lots planned in the hospital, 750 of which are closed and 130 are open. As a design in the hospital, a building concept suitable for the site geometry has been determined in a way that will connect with the existing hospital.

The hospital and emergency approach are designed on the basement floor, and the polyclinic approach is designed on the ground floor. The main entrance area of the hospital has increased the perception of space with its wide gallery spaces. In the access to the building, the separation of personnel, patients and visitors was considered, external patient, internal patient, visitor and personnel flows were separated in horizontal and vertical circulation and unit zoning, circulation conflicts were prevented.
