The Niğde Education and Research Hospital extension is planned as a 400-bed facility together with a 35-unit Oral and Dental Health Center (ADSM). With a ground-floor footprint of approximately 17,000 m², the hospital extension comprises three basement levels, a ground floor, and seven upper floors, while the Oral and Dental Health Center consists of two basement levels, a ground floor, and two upper floors. The complex has a total enclosed construction area of 142,500 m².

A total of 880 parking spaces are provided across the hospital complex, including 750 indoor and 130 outdoor spaces. The architectural concept responds to the geometry of the site while establishing a direct connection with the existing hospital building.

The main hospital and Emergency Department approaches are organized at basement level, while access to the polyclinics is provided at ground level. The main hospital entrance is defined by generous gallery spaces that enhance spatial openness and create a clear and welcoming point of arrival.

Access and circulation are carefully organized to separate patients, visitors, and staff. Outpatient, inpatient, visitor, staff, and service flows are differentiated through horizontal and vertical circulation systems and programmatic zoning, minimizing circulation conflicts and supporting efficient movement throughout the complex.
