Hospital

INEGOL STATE HOSPITAL

The 300-bed İnegöl State Hospital is designed with a predominantly horizontal organization, with the main pedestrian approach defined by a recessed entrance alley on the northern side of the building. A north-south circulation spine connects the Polyclinic and Patient Ward blocks and terminates at the Diagnostic Block, establishing a clear functional organization throughout the hospital.

The Emergency Department is positioned on the southern side of the building and separated from the main hospital circulation. Within the Polyclinic Block, generous gallery spaces accommodate the high volume of patient and visitor movement while creating a more open and legible interior environment.

Natural daylight is a key element of the design, supporting both spatial and psychological comfort. Openings within the roof and a series of internal courtyards bring daylight deep into the building and improve the quality of interior spaces.

At roof level, extended eaves developed in response to mechanical requirements are integrated into the architectural composition, defining the upper edge of the building and completing its overall form.
