Mudanya State Hospital derives its elliptical form from the site’s +284.00 elevation. The main entrance follows the geometry of the ellipse and is emphasized by a canopy that reinforces the building’s overall architectural form.

The Patient Ward Block is positioned on the northern side of the building to maximize views toward the bay. Social and communal spaces, including the dining hall and cafeteria, are organized within a linear block extending along the east-west axis.

The building’s orientation and spatial organization respond to both the topography and surrounding landscape, establishing strong visual connections with the bay while clearly organizing patient and social functions.
