Building takes its ellipse form from the 284 level of the site. Entrance is provided with keeping the form of the ellipse with a canopy added. Patient ward is located at the North side of the building to get the scenery of the bay. Social places like the dining hall and cafeteria are placed along the east-west axis at the linear block.
