The 400-bed hospital is composed of two parallel linear blocks. The vertical and horizontal circulation elements between the blocks are formed as galleries around voids and thus continuous flow between spaces is attained. The block of patient beds is located above the diagnosis block. The two blocks are separated from each other through the void of mechanical floor. Despite the complexity of the functional program, the building establishes simplicity in second and third dimention.
