The most significant design criteria for the residential complex, comprising 13 paired blocks and 26 residences on an 8,400 m² site, are views and privacy. The design takes advantage of the site’s coastal setting, with large openings oriented toward the sea to the northeast and the bay to the northwest, establishing a strong relationship between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

Responding to the sloping topography, each residence is organized across two levels. The ground floor serves as the main entrance level, providing direct access to the primary living spaces and a private side garden. The lower level accommodates a second living area with direct access to a front garden. The overall site layout is carefully arranged to orient each residence toward the landscape while minimizing obstruction of neighboring views.

The paired blocks are offset from one another to create private courtyards and provide greater privacy between individual residences. A simple and restrained architectural language is adopted in harmony with the surrounding environment, while the orientation, openings, and spatial organization allow each residence to benefit from natural daylight and views to the greatest extent possible.
