The NANO Biomed R&D Building is located within the Technology Development Zone (Teknokent) on the northern part of the Hacettepe University campus. Positioned at the western end of the east-west Teknokent axis, the site forms a corner parcel surrounded by the Hacettepe forest to the west and south, with parking and green areas located to the south.

Taking advantage of its corner location, the site follows the elevation of the adjacent southern and western roads at approximately ±0.00. Vehicular access is organized from the south at this level, while service circulation is separated and provided via a ramp descending to the -2.50 level on the northern side of the building.

The ground floor is positioned at the +1.50 level. Responding to the corner condition of the site, the building mass is recessed diagonally at the ground and first floors, creating a distinctive approach and emphasizing the main entrance through a three-dimensional void.

This entrance space establishes a clear architectural identity for the building and is further activated by the Multi-Purpose Hall positioned along the main approach, strengthening the relationship between the building entrance and the surrounding Teknokent campus.
