The 140-bed Fethiye Hotel is designed on a 5,050 m² site with an approximately 15-meter elevation difference, where views toward the Ölüdeniz coastline form the primary design consideration. Taking advantage of the steep topography, the lobby, dining areas, and guest rooms are oriented toward the south to maximize views of the surrounding landscape and sea.

The linear guest room block is positioned along the southern axis on the upper floors, while dining, spa, and leisure facilities are organized at ground level. Swimming pools are distributed across different levels of the site and integrated with the hotel’s communal facilities, creating continuous visual connections with the landscape from the main entrance onward.

The hotel entrance and lobby maintain visual connections with the lower levels, while a series of courtyards extends views through the building and strengthens the relationship between interior spaces, the sloping terrain, and the surrounding landscape.
